Behind the Scenes
Dr. Her is a tripled-degree social worker who identifies as a social work creative and techie.
With years of experience as a social worker and clinician, Dr. Her transitioned to the tech industry, serving as VP of Clinical Compliance for a digital mental health company. She is passionate about using technology to expand clinicians' reach and income. Over the years, she has pursued creative projects in social capacities. With Therabloom, she aimed to fulfill her mission of empowering mental health professionals to create impactful digital products that transform lives.
Dr. Her has been recognized by The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club’s Top 25 Under 35 Movers & Shakers, Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation’s 40 Under 40 Emerging Legends, Black Women Werk CLE’s 10 Dope Black Women You Should Know, and featured in Who’s Who in Black Cleveland.
